And I have since focused primarily on birth and daytime postpartum. In 2021 I began to shifted my focus to offering overnight postpartum care. I have many years experience with supporting folks that are survivors of trauma, infant loss, fertility treatments, PTSD, postpartum depression, relocating to new areas and leaving behind support systems, and much much more. In addition to doula experience I have medical assistant training and worked in a gynecological setting for several years assisting folks with a range of needs from fertility challenges, miscarriage, planned abortions, gender affirming surgery, and much more.
I strongly believe in being a witness to people’s struggles and triumphs in life and reflecting back kindness, positivity, and inspiration to help them through life’s journey.
I am a deeply curious and compassionate person that is always wanting to learn and expand my skills. I love traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with my family. I’ve been a mother for 19 years and have 3 amazing children that are preparing to leave the nest. They inspire me to keep growing and learning about myself and I will forever be grateful for that.
*** I support people all through the gender spectrum and cultural backgrounds. All are welcome here. ***
**** I am Covid-19 vaccinated and follow a strict protocol to protect me and the families I work with. ****
